Ca Botana Develops New Novel Peptides

Skin care product manufacturer Ca Botana has announced several novel peptides designed to improve the skin’s ability to defy aging, and provide a more youthful, vibrant appearance to the skin. They are avaialble for use in cosmetic formulations.

Ca Botana collaborated on research with with Molecular Botanicals and StemNext LLC.

Bioactive peptides of high purity (>95%) and proven efficacy in vivo, along with ultrapure botanical extracts, are encapsulated into Alphasomes, providing optimal efficacy. The peptides have been submitted for International Nomenclature of Cosmetic Ingredients (INCI) names.

The peptides are:

Alpha Palmitoyl Pentapeptide-5: This contains two bioactive peptides and key botanical extracts that increase hyaluronic acid synthesis. The results are an increase in skin density, elasticity, firmness, and skin wrinkle reduction.

Alpha Acetyl Tetrapeptide-5: This contains a bioactive peptide coupled with botanical extracts that enhance skin elasticity and firmness. This formulation also helps reduce inflammation, skin wrinkles, and has anti-aging, anti-oxidative, and anti-microbial properties.

Alpha Oligo Peptide: This contains two peptides that reduce inflammation and increase collagen production. Combined with a critical balance of botanical extracts, this peptide normalizes itchy, irritated skin to provide a more youthful revitalized glow.

Alpha Copper Tripeptide-4: This copper-chelated peptide, in combination with selected botanical extracts, supports skin regeneration, and repair of blemished skin. This results in firmer, smoother, and more elastic skin.

Alpha Biotin Pentapeptide-18: This novel formulation, comprised of three peptides and crucial botanical extracts, supports cell stimulation and metabolism. This revolutionary peptide helps promote hair growth, strength, and prevent hair loss.

Alpha Palmitoyl Peptide-21: This peptide contains two bioactive peptides that encourage correcting damaged skin by increasing fibroblast production and collagen synthesis. These peptides, coupled with pivotal botanical extracts, create a unique anti-aging peptide with excellent skin regeneration properties.
